Job Summary:The Social Media Coordinator is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and growth across all digital platforms. This role involves creating compelling content, analysing performance metrics, and staying up to date with the latest social media trends to effectively support marketing and communication goals.Key Responsibilities:Manage and maintain all social media accounts (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest).Plan, create, and publish engaging content (text, images, video, and stories) consistent with brand voice and strategy.Develop and maintain a social media calendar to ensure consistent posting and campaign alignment.Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner.Track and analyse performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions, etc.) using tools like Meta Business Suite etc.Collaborate with marketing, design, and communications teams to ensure cohesive branding and campaign execution.Support paid social media advertising campaigns, including setup, targeting, and reporting.Research and identify emerging trends, tools, and platforms to enhance social media presence.Assist in influencer partnerships, content collaborations, and event promotions.Prepare monthly performance reports and suggest data-driven improvements.
