Telesales Representative

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Tele Sales Representative to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers via phone, promoting our products/services, generating leads, and closing sales. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to work in a target-driven environment.Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote products or services.Respond to inbound inquiries and convert leads into sales.Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.Provide excellent customer service and resolve any queries or complaints.Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to improve sales strategies.Prepare regular reports on call outcomes, sales performance, and lead status.
