Design and edit social media content (static + video) for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedInUse tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, VN, and native TikTok/Reels editorsHelp brainstorm and execute creative ideas for campaigns and day-to-day postsStay up to date with trends to keep content fresh and relevantEnsure all visuals are aligned with brand guidelinesSupport Employer Branding (EB) team with various design-related tasksMinimum QualificationsCurrently pursuing or recently graduated from a Visual Design, Communication, or related fieldProficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and basic video editing tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects or CapCut)Comfortable editing content using TikTok/Reels native editorsStrong understanding of visual composition, typography and visual storytellingPassionate about social media and up to date with current platform trendsGood communication skills - able to explain design ideas clearly and collaborateStrong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environmentWilling to learn, take feedback, and iterate quicklyMust include portfolio (personal projects, social media posts, motion work, or video edits)Solid foundation in motion design and familiar with digital content strategy is a strong advantage
