Job Title: Social Media ExecutiveLocation: DHA Phase 6, Bukhari CommercialWork Hours: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM (on-site)Agency Experience Required: YesJob OverviewAs a Social Media Executive at Sprint Digital, you will be responsible for executing and managing day-to-day content across social media platforms for a variety of brands. You will work closely with the creative team to ensure that all posts are visually engaging and aligned with each brand’s voice, while also monitoring performance and community interaction. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, possess a strong understanding of digital trends, and be able to manage multiple accounts with attention to detail and creativity.ResponsibilitiesSchedule and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.Maintain and update social media content calendars for assigned brands.Ensure that all posts follow brand guidelines and tone of voice.Monitor engagement, respond to comments and messages, and highlight important conversations.Collaborate with the design and content teams to support campaigns and daily posts.Track performance metrics and provide basic reporting on reach, engagement, and trends.Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and emerging content opportunities.Assist in brainstorming and presenting content ideas for monthly calendars and campaigns.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.At least one year of social media experience, preferably in an agency environment.Strong understanding of social media platforms and their best practices.Fluent in American English, with strong copywriting and caption-writing skills.Familiarity with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Canva, Later, or similar scheduling platforms.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.A collaborative team player with a positive attitude and a creative mindset.
