The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and executing organic social media activities across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. The Social Media Executive will play a crucial role in enhancing our online presence, engaging with ouraudience, and coordinating with both internal teams and external clients to ensure effective communication and campaign success.Role & ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management:Develop and implement organic social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written) across platforms.Monitor, listen, and respond to user comments and inquiries in a timely manner.Platform ExpertiseDemonstrate hands-on experience and proficiency in using various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.Stay updated on industry trends and platform updates to optimize strategies accordingly.Internal CoordinationCollaborate closely with the creative team to develop visually appealing and on-brand content for social media channels.Coordinate with copywriters to ensure compelling and consistent messaging across different platforms.Work with the client servicing team to align social media strategies with broader marketing objectives.Analytics And ReportingUtilize analytics tools to measure the success of social media campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.Provide regular reports on key performance indicators and insights.Communication SkillsDemonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.QualificationMaster's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and their respective audiences.Strong creative and analytical skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with social media advertising and paid promotions is a plus.BenefitsCompensation commensurate with your expertise and achievementsCareer advancement prospects within our expanding organizationCollaboration with a proficient and experienced teamGenerous leave policies, including paid time off and sick leave benefitsStructured work hours from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday, with alternate Saturdays (2nd & 4th) off.Skills: facebook,instagram,social media management,internal coordination,analytical skills,platform expertise,communication skills,analytics,real estate,content creation,collaboration,analytics and reporting,linkedin,creative skills,communication,social media
