Social Media Executive is responsible for overseeing the social media accounts for TRAFALGAR LUXURY GROUPDuties and Essential Job FunctionsManagement:Endeavor to develop and succeed in maintaining appropriate company image that strives towards excellence in satisfying customers.Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications.Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.Technical:Develop and implement a corporate social media strategy.Monitor online activity across departments and geographical areas to ensure anyone using the company’s online tools is following established guidelines and best practice rules.Encourage greater social media participation.Identify opportunities to influence public perception through audience engagement and publicly speaking about the brand’s social media strategy.Policy and Procedure:Maintains a safe and healthy work environment by performing within organizational standards and adhering to legal regulations.Implementation of all related organizational policies and proceduresImplementation of all related rules and regulationsEnsure commitment to all HSEQ regulations and procedure as per management requirements.Ensure that all company assets are maintained and used properly avoiding any damage or misuse.Reporting:Provides written or verbal reports in the appropriate mediumMinimum Job Requirements A. EducationPreferable university degree in digital media, marketing, or related fieldsTechnical Training Certificates / licensesB. Professional ExperienceFrom three (3) to five (5) years’ experience in similar field(s) C. Competencies RequiredProficiency in MS Office packages such as Word and Excel, PowerPoint Presentation; e-mail and internet etiquetteDuties require professional verbal and written communication skills and the ability to type.Basic experience in managing budgets and tracking expenses.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Highly organized with strong attention to detail.Ability to use social media for impressions and brand awareness.Excellent knowledge of social media platforms including GMB, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, X, and FacebookUnderstanding of social media KPIs, web traffic metrics and SEOExperience doing buyer persona and audience research.Familiarity with publishing and web designVisibility of work requires attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and discretion with confidential information.Proficiency in both Arabic and English languages.Physically and mentally fit for the job D.
