We specialize in trilingual marketing (English, Spanish, Arabic), combining creative strategies with data-driven results.We’re expanding our Middle East team and seeking an experienced Social Media & Google Ads Specialist to lead and optimize paid digital campaigns for our clients across both Arabic and English markets.Role OverviewWe’re seeking a results-driven marketer with 4+ years of hands-on experience in managing social media advertising and Google Ads campaigns.The ideal candidate is bilingual, strategic, and creative — capable of managing multiple brands, creating impactful campaigns, and optimizing performance across Snapchat, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Google Ads.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, create, and manage bilingual (Arabic & English) advertising campaigns across Snapchat, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.Develop and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, and YouTube).Create compelling ad copy and collaborate with designers on visuals and video content.Track and analyze campaign data to improve performance and report actionable insights.Manage ad budgets efficiently to maximize ROI.Research and implement the latest social and paid media trends.Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and performance alignment.RequirementsFluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).4+ years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on paid media.Proven success running Snapchat, Meta, and Google Ads campaigns.Strong understanding of campaign structure, targeting, bidding strategies, and analytics.Proficient in Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, and Google Analytics.Creative, analytical, and comfortable managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.Nice-to-Have SkillsExperience with video campaigns, influencer marketing, or YouTube Shorts.Knowledge of SEO or content strategy.Familiarity with TikTok Ads Manager and programmatic advertising tools.Why Join Ringo MediaJoin a globally recognized marketing agency with clients across multiple regions.Collaborate with a multicultural, innovative team.Competitive salary (USD or EGP, based on experience).Opportunity for growth within paid media and digital strategy.Flexible working environment and supportive management culture.
