Location: Andheri, Mumbai (WFO)Reports to: Category Director (OWN)Why This Role ExistsMake OWNs social engine predictable, grow reach & consideration through repeatable formats that are unmistakably OWN (not just FP), while protecting tone and proof.What Is This Role Expected To DriveOrganic Reach & Discovery: MoM lift in organic reach across IG & YTConsideration: Increase saves and average watch time; grow profile visits that lead to uptick in website trafficOWN linkage: 90 PERCENT assets pass brand checks. Strengthen OWNs brand imageCalendar Discipline: 4-week rolling content slate with creative briefs, scripts, shots, and approvalsWhat youll own (day-to-day)Channel Objectives & Cadences: Define weekly IG/YT goals (fame v/s education) and set content format cadencesBriefs to Publish: Turn insights into tight briefs (hook, scripts, brand positioning check, thumbnail spec, CTA) and drive execution with creators/editorsEditorial Ownership: Enforce tone of voice, OWN DBAs, design and content consistency and factsAnalytics: Weekly reports (reach, saves, retention curves, first-3-seconds drop, click-outs), run A/B hooks, kill/scale decisionsMust-have skills & experience23 years managing Instagram & YouTube for a creator, consumer brand or content houseProven ability to systematise formats (not just one-off virals): hooks, scripting, thumbnails, publishing disciplineData driven: read retention curves, CTRs, RPM basics (YT), and turn metrics into creative changesOn-brand writing: clear, non-alarmist, fact-checked; comfortable drafting hooks and captionsComfortable working with FP on-cam while keeping OWN linkage front and centreNice-to-haveBasic editing (CapCut/PR), Canva for thumbnails, SEO for YT (metadata, chapters), Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, Google Analytics/MixpanelLocations: Mumbai, ThaneType: Full-Time
