The Social Media Manager contributes to the creation of a strong BPI brand that will be the foundation for a differentiated brand imagery that delights customers, delivered in identified points of presence, whether online or offline, consistent & conforming to standards (i.e. architecture, tonality, personality, formats/layouts) in a highly digitized world while creating value (i.e. brand properties – impact, economy) for the bank.The Social Media Manager delivers the overall strategies for social media content marketing, consumer engagement, influencer marketing, social listening, analytics, and management of relevant social media channels and platforms used for brand building and consumer communications by the Unibank.Core Responsibilities:Leads the delivery of the bank’s social media strategy across paid, owned, and earned social media channels that align with the various brand objectives of the UnibankOversees all aspects of social media management, including content planning and creation, engagement, social listening, measurement and analytics, influencer management, and management of related risksCollaborates with Public Affairs and Communications, Segments, Products, and Channel partners to ensure a consistent and effective delivery of social media marketing plans across relevant platforms and channelsMonitors and identifies new opportunities in digital and social media across multiple industries and develops these for application to the Bank’s own requirements and processesMonitors and translates customer and social listening data, research findings, behavioral insights, and program results as inputs to communication and social media strategiesLeads the delivery and execution of strategies on acquisition and retention of BPI community members across the Bank’s various owned social media channels and platformsDevelops, maintains, and implements all applicable policies and guidelines affecting social mediaBuilds, leads, and mentors a team of marketers that specializes in the field of Social Media MarketingQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related fieldMinimum of 10 years in Social Media and Marketing CommunicationsProven leadership in managing social media teams and campaignsExperience working with digital creative agencies, media partners, and sentiment analysis firmDemonstrates deep expertise in social media strategy and execution across paid, owned, and earned channels, with strong command of social listening, online brand protection, data analytics, content and influencer marketing, integrated communication planning, and digital risk management
