We are seeking a highly responsible and committed Social Media Manager to take full ownership of our brand's online presence and growth across all key platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesThe ideal candidate will manage all aspects of Centauri's social media presence, driving engagement, brand awareness, and community growth. Your primary duties will include:Strategy & Planning: Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with Centauri's marketing goals.Content Creation & Curation: Plan, create, edit, and publish engaging, high-quality content (text, images, and video) across all platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).Community Management: Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a timely and professional manner, fostering a positive online community and managing brand reputation.Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement rates, traffic, and conversions, using data insights to continually optimize performance.Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and platform updates to ensure Centauri remains relevant and innovative.Campaign Execution: Plan and execute social media campaigns, contests, and promotions to support product launches or company announcements.Required Qualifications & SkillsExperience: Proven experience (3+ years preferred) as a Social Media Manager or a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing past success.Commitment & Responsibility (Crucial): Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage complex schedules, meet deadlines consistently, and take full ownership of the role's success.Language: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Native or C1 level required).Technical Proficiency: Expertise in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later) and social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, platform insights).Soft Skills: High level of creativity, attention to detail, strong time-management, and proactive problem-solving abilities.Compensation & BenefitsSalary: $1,800 USD per month.Schedule: Full-Time (45 hours per week).Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Central Time (CT).Location: 100% Remote, allowing you to work from anywhere in Latin America.Why Join Centauri?We are looking for a responsible and highly committed professional who wants to grow with us.
