The Social Media Manager is responsible for developing and executing a strategic social media vision that reflects a refined, aspirational, and globally competitive luxury identity. The successful candidate will ensure consistent brand storytelling, enhance online reputation, and support wider marketing and commercial objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the brand’s positioning and long-term marketing objectives.Lead content direction across platforms, ensuring high-end visual and written storytelling that reflects the brand’s architecture, lifestyle offerings, and design philosophy.Manage and oversee all social media channels, including Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube, maintaining consistency in tone, aesthetic, and messaging.Build and engage a community of individuals, investors, lifestyle audiences, and industry stakeholders.Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns, ensuring strong performance metrics while preserving brand integrity.Monitor analytics, track KPIs, and provide data-driven insights to enhance engagement and ROI.Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Brand, Development, and PR teams to ensure integrated campaign execution.Support reputation management and handle sensitive communication matters across social platforms when required.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in communications, Digital Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.5–7 years of experience in social media management, preferably within luxury real estate, high-end hospitality, fashion, or lifestyle brands.Strong understanding of luxury brand communication and high-end audience targeting.Exceptional written and visual storytelling skills.Experience managing multiple platforms and paid campaigns.Highly organized, detail-oriented, creative, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
