Social Media Manager

We are looking for an SMM Manager to work with developer projects in the branded residences and luxury real estate segment.We operate in the international market and work with premium real estate brands and audiences.Responsibilities:Develop and execute content plans in line with the approved strategyManage and grow social media channels: Instagram (key platform), Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTubeDevelop and optimize SMM strategies aligned with business objectivesCreate detailed briefs for designers and the production team via ClickUpSelect references and participate in developing creative conceptsWrite social media copy (copywriters review, but content creation is the SMM Manager's responsibility)Work in Figma (adapting templates, placing copy, basic visual assembly)Community management: replies, engagement, communication according to brand guidelinesAnalyze performance, prepare reports, and work with KPIs (reach, audience growth)Monitor the real estate market (including UAE), competitors, and trendsRequirements1+ year of experience in SMMProven experience working in real estateExperience working with developer projectsStrong Figma skillsExperience with video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar)Solid understanding of SMM metrics and KPI trackingEnglish level B2-C1Strong portfolio with proven casesNice to Have:Experience working with the UAE real estate marketExperience in luxury / fashion / premium segmentsExperience launching new projects or brandsExperience working with international audiencesBenefitsWork with international developer projectsProjects in the branded residences and luxury real estate segmentRemote format6/1 working schedule (Saturday is flexible, but availability is required)Salary discussed individually based on interview resultsIf you understand luxury visual culture, think strategically, and can build structured SMM processes — we would be happy to connect.P.S.
