Job Description
Key Responsibilities 1. Social Media & Branding Strategy● Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy focused on organic and paid growth. ● Align strategies with company goals and brand objectives. ● Monitor competitors and conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities. 2. Content & Creativity ● Create monthly/quarterly content plans aligned with brand identity. ● Develop creative ideas and campaigns to boost awareness and engagement. ● Supervise content production (copy, visuals, video, motion graphics) ensuring brand guidelines are met. 3. Community Management & Communication ● Manage and guide the moderation team, ensuring fast and accurate customer responses. ● Build an active online community through consistent engagement. ● Write clear and impactful marketing messages in both Arabic and English. 4. Advertising Campaigns & Integration ● Collaborate with the media buying team to plan and execute campaigns. ● Track performance and optimize strategies to maximize ROI. ● Ensure seamless integration between organic and paid activities. 5. Brand Identity & Positioning ● Safeguard brand identity and messaging consistency across all platforms. ● Strengthen brand positioning and market presence. ● Execute campaigns to grow awareness and customer loyalty. 6. Analytics & Reporting ● Leverage tools such as Meta Insights, Google Analytics, and LinkedIn Analytics. ● Prepare performance reports covering growth, engagement, leads, and awareness. ● Recommend actionable improvements for ongoing optimization. Requirements ● 5–7 years of experience in social media and branding. ● Proven track record in driving organic marketing growth. ● Experience managing teams, especially moderation/community management. ● Familiarity with the GCC and Saudi markets is a strong plus. ● Proficiency in campaign management and analytics tools. ● Excellent copywriting and communication skills. ● Basic design knowledge (Canva, Photoshop) is a plus. ● Strong market research and competitor analysis skills.
