Social Media Manager for SEO Agency (SMM)

You will manage multiple accounts, write engaging content, interact with our audience, and turn SEO wins into social stories, all while complying with and consistently adhering to our guidelines.You’ll do: strategy, calendar, copy/design, short-form video, community management, analytics, and reporting.You have: excellent English, 2–4+ yrs multi-account management, strong copy, platform ToS knowledge, basic image creation, and a portfolio with measurable results.Core Responsibilities✅ Manage all company profiles✅ Plan and post high-quality content on Facebook, LinkedIn, Reddit, Slack, Twitter, and YouTube - prioritize where ICP lives.✅ Develop monthly content calendars aligned with our marketing goals.✅ Monitor engagement metrics, analyze performance, and optimize for reach, retention, and conversions.✅ Research competitors and trending formats in the marketing niche.✅ Collaborate with our team to repurpose case studies, blog content, and client wins into social stories.✅ Suggest creative ideas for campaigns, hooks, and visual branding.Requirements🎯 2+ years of proven experience managing social media for agencies or SaaS brands.📊 Strong understanding of algorithms, engagement metrics, and growth strategies across Facebook, LinkedIn, Reddit, Slack, Twitter, and YouTube.🎬 Proficiency with tools like Canva, CapCut, or similar for short-form content.💡 Deep knowledge of performance marketing trends and storytelling that converts.📈 Analytical mindset - can read insights and pivot content accordingly.💬 Excellent communication skills in English and ability to maintain a consistent brand voice.
