EMCS Pharma Limited is looking for Sr. Marketing & Sales ExecutiveJob Description / ResponsibilityPrepare the Sales forecast and achieve the targetCreating comprehensive marketing plans and strategies for specific products or brands to boost awareness and sales;Develop and execute marketing strategies for existing products;Prepare monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and annual sales forecasts;Achieve the monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and annual sales targets;Focus on volume growth of existing products and new market opportunities.Market DevelopmentAnalyzing market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities and inform strategies;Identify, onboard, and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, hospitals, and pharmacies;Penetrate underdeveloped territories and ensure product visibility;Conduct market research and competitive analysis;Identify new market opportunities and customer segments;Defining the product's value proposition and positioning it effectively in the market based on clinical benefits and cost-effectiveness. Field Supervision & Team SupportStrong skills for monitoring and guiding junior sales staff or field representatives;Conduct regular market visits to track sales execution.Monitor and report on campaign performance and return on investment (ROI);Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively;Support sales teams with tools and training materials.Sales Strategy ExecutionImplement promotional campaigns and territory-based sales forecasts and achieve the target.Recommend pricing strategies, offers, and bundling to boost sales.Market IntelligenceTrack competitor activities, market trends, and customer preferences.Provide insights for product positioning and future planning.Conduct market research and competitive analysis;Identify new market opportunities and customer segments;Defining the product’s value proposition and positioning it effectively in the market based on clinical benefits and cost-effectiveness.Client Relationship ManagementBuild long-term relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and institutional buyers.Manage key accounts and resolve escalated issues effectively.Sales Reporting & AnalysisPrepare weekly and monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and annual sales reports.Analyze performance data and present actionable insights to the management.Educational RequirementsMaster of Business Administration (MBA) in MarketingSkills Required: Sales & Marketing, sales and Distribution, Microsoft Office, Sales target, Customer ServiceExperience RequirementsAt least 5 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Pharmaceutical/Medicine CompaniesJob LocationAnywhere in Bangladesh
