Social Media Manager

Job Title: Social Media ManagerLocation: Abu Dhabi, UAESalary Range: AED 6,000 – 9,000 per monthLanguage: Arabic & EnglishAbout UsJays Group specializes in luxury cakes, floral arrangements, and bespoke gifting. We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Marketing Specialist to grow our online presence and engage our audience across multiple platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Planning: Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to increase followers, engagement, and brand awareness.Content Creation: Plan and create high-quality Arabic and English content (posts, stories, reels) in coordination with the design and video team.Campaign Management: Run and optimize paid campaigns on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.Community Engagement: Respond to messages, comments, and inquiries promptly while maintaining brand tone.Analytics & Reporting: Track and report performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and recommend improvements.Trend Spotting: Stay updated with the latest social media trends, viral content ideas, and competitor activities.Collaboration: Work closely with marketing executives, videographers, and designers to ensure brand consistency.Influencer & PR Coordination: Identify and collaborate with influencers or brand ambassadors for campaigns and events.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Account managing Experience, Influencer yourself , Confident enough to be the Face of Video Minimum 2–3 years of proven social media marketing experience (F&B or retail preferred).Fluent in Arabic (spoken & written); English proficiency is highly desirable.Strong knowledge of social media tools (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, analytics platforms).Creative mindset with excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Photography/videography editing knowledge is a plus.What We OfferCompetitive salary of AED 6,000 – 8,000 per month.Dynamic, creative, and growth-oriented work environment.Full employee benefits as per UAE labor law.Opportunities to experiment with fresh ideas and trends.How to ApplyPlease send your CV and links to previous social media work or campaigns to hr@jays.ae with the subject line “Application – Social Media Manager(Abu Dhabi).Job Type: Full-time
