Role Overview:LIVBNB Holiday Homes is seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to lead our digital content strategy across key platforms. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can create engaging content that reflects the lifestyle and hospitality essence of our brand. The candidate will be responsible for content creation, scheduling, copywriting, and campaign messaging across social media, email, and WhatsApp. You will also collaborate closely with our revenue team to align content strategy with promotional goals and seasonal trends.Key Responsibilities:Content CreationDesign and produce eye-catching visuals (images, videos, reels, and stories) tailored for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.Highlight the unique experiences and interiors of LIVBNB’s holiday homes.Content SchedulingManage a structured content calendar using tools like Planable to ensure timely and consistent posting.CopywritingCraft engaging captions, headlines, and call-to-actions for posts, newsletters, and WhatsApp promotions.Ensure brand tone and message consistency across platforms.Email & WhatsApp MarketingDevelop content for email campaigns and WhatsApp broadcasts that drive lead generation, repeat bookings, and brand awareness.Collaboration with Revenue TeamAlign social and promotional content with occupancy goals, campaign offers, and special promotions in coordination with the revenue management team.Requirements:Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management, content writing, or digital marketing.Excellent command of written English and a flair for storytelling.Proficient in Canva, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, and WhatsApp Business tools.Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.Proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented with a passion for hospitality and travel content.
