Job Title: Community & Social Media ManagerReports to: Head of Digital MarketingJob SummaryLyca Mobile is seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to become the voice of our brand across Ireland. This role is perfect for a social media expert who is passionate about building vibrant communities and safeguarding brand perception. You will be responsible for developing our entire organic social presence, from high-level content strategy to proactive community moderation. Your mission is to drive brand love by creating engaging content, spearheading influencer partnerships, and managing our social reputation with care and professionalism.What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)Lead Community & Reputation Management: Act as the guardian of our social reputation. You will own all aspects of community moderation, ensuring high responsiveness and maintaining a positive social sentiment. This includes engaging with followers, managing conversations, and handling customer interactions with professionalism across all platforms.Own the Polish Content Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy tailored for the Polish region. Your planning will include creating engaging organic posts and stories, as well as building campaigns to encourage User-Generated Content (UGC). You will be responsible for planning and executing social campaigns for seasonal activities, product launches, and other key marketing moments.Lead Influencer Campaigns: Identify, vet, and manage relationships with relevant influencers and content creators across Ireland. You will run end-to-end influencer campaigns—from negotiation and briefing to performance analysis—to amplify our brand message authentically.Champion the Brand Voice: Ensure all social media communication is consistent with Lyca Mobile’s brand identity and tone. You will own the day-to-day management and optimization of all our organic handles, ensuring strong social branding across platforms.Analyse & Report on Performance: Track key social media KPIs (e.g., engagement rate, follower growth, reach, sentiment). Use social listening and analytics tools to provide regular reports and translate data into actionable insights for continuous improvement.What You Bring (Qualifications & Experience)Experience: You have 3-5 years of hands-on experience in organic social media and community management.Local Market Focus: Proven experience managing social media communities and creating content specifically for the Polish market is essential. You understand the culture, trends, and humour of the region.Core Skillset: Demonstrable, hands-on experience in community management (including moderation and sentiment analysis), content strategy, UGC campaigns, social branding, and influencer marketing.Platform Knowledge: Deep, practical knowledge of major social platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and X, and an understanding of what content works best on each.The Ideal Candidate Is...A Natural Communicator: You love starting conversations and building relationships.
