Backed by strong R&D and led by CEO Salman Aslam, we are committed to delivering consistent quality for professional kitchens, bakeries, cafés, and commercial food brands.Role DescriptionDevelop and implement digital marketing strategies to position Milkyz Food as a leading brand in the bakery and food manufacturing industry.Plan, execute, and optimize performance campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other key digital channels.Build and manage B2B and B2C lead generation funnels targeting bakeries, cafés, restaurants, chefs, and distributors.Increase brand awareness and market penetration through engaging campaigns, storytelling, and content-driven strategies.Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and GA4, and prepare ROI-focused reports for management.Strategize and grow the brand’s social media presence with high engagement and audience retention.Lead SEO and SEM initiatives to boost search rankings, organic visibility, and website traffic.Collaborate with R&D, Sales, and Creative teams to align campaigns with product launches and business goals.Oversee content planning (blogs, product promotions, videos, chef collaborations, customer stories).Manage marketing budgets, optimize ad spending, and ensure high ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).Stay updated with digital trends, competitor strategies, and emerging industry technologies.Lead and mentor a digital marketing team (designers, content creators, ad specialists).QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media or a related fieldMBA in Marketing preferred (optional but advantageous)Relevant certifications in Google Ads, Meta Ads, HubSpot, SEO/SEM (plus point)Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in digital marketing (FMCG/Food/eCommerce/B2B preferred)Strong command of Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube & LinkedIn campaignsProven experience in SEO/SEM, GA4, Google Tag Manager & marketing automation toolsHands-on expertise in B2B/B2C lead generation & digital funnel strategiesExperience in conversion rate optimization (CRO) & campaign performance improvementKnowledge of marketing funnels, retargeting & customer journey mappingAbility to analyze KPIs like ROAS, CTR, CPL, CPA, CPV, conversion ratePrior experience in team leadership or managing agencies/freelancersStrong communication, reporting, creativity, and analytical decision-making skills
