As Social Media Manager, you will lead our global social media strategy and drive brand engagement across multiple platforms and more than 45 markets worldwideWHAT ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:Oversee the development and execution of a social media strategyLead and mentor your team of social media and content creation professionalsGuide country teams to align with global goals and compliance while staying relevant to local audiences.Leverage trends, ambassadors, and platform opportunities to boost reach and virality.Manage content planning, publishing, paid campaigns, and community engagement.Present key results, insights, and strategic updates in meetings with the CEO and Management BoardJoin company events and travel incentives to maximize social media impactWHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS:A Bachelor’s or master’s degree either in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or similar5–7 years of experience in working with Social Media, ideally within a creative or digital agency, or a global consumer brandIn-depth understanding of Social Media channels and algorithms e.g. Tik Tok, Instagram, Facebook, Linked InTrack record in growing large-scale social audiences and creating viral contentGreat analytical knowledge and hands-on experience with social media analytics and management tools ((e.g. Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Asana)Strong understanding of content strategy, community management, and paid social advertising.Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
