We’re partnering with a leading global financial organisation to hire a Social Media Manager who will drive the UK social presence across LinkedIn and X, while collaborating closely with channel managers across five EMEA markets.What You’ll DoLead day-to-day management of LinkedIn and X channels, ensuring a steady flow of high-quality, engaging content.Act as the main point of contact for UK social activity, working closely with comms teams, brand ambassadors and senior stakeholders.Create compelling content — from scripts and short-form posts to ads and leadership messaging — simplifying complex financial information into clear, accessible narratives.Use data confidently: analysing performance in Sprinklr and Excel, monitoring engagement metrics, spotting algorithm trends and identifying opportunities for improvement.Navigate corporate approval workflows with speed and confidence, ensuring content moves smoothly through every step.Maintain channel health: managing a busy content queue, prioritising what needs to go out now, and keeping ahead of upcoming activations.Collaborate regularly with EMEA partners to ensure alignment with wider regional goals.Stay resilient and proactive in a high-volume content environment, including responding strategically to distractor posts and emerging trends.What You’ll BringExperience managing LinkedIn and/or X channels, ideally within a corporate, financial or complex stakeholder environment.Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to turn technical or complex topics into engaging social content.A solid understanding of platform algorithms, engagement drivers and data-led optimisation.Organised, collaborative and confident working directly with senior leaders.Curiosity, creativity and excellent judgement — essential for maintaining a credible, consistent brand presence.No formal degree required; relevant hands-on experience is what matters.Why This Role?This is an exciting opportunity to shape the UK social voice of a major global organisation, partnering with experts across EMEA and gaining exposure to high-impact content work.
