Social Media Manager

We’re looking for a creative, strategic, and culturally plugged-in Social Media Manager who can elevate our brand across platforms, spark engagement, and build an online community that matches the energy and personality of Coleman.This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes social, has strong aesthetic instincts, and knows how to turn data into strategy. You'll work closely with internal teams to tell the story of Renegade through fresh, bold, and original content.What You’ll DoOwn and execute Coleman's social media strategy across all social platformsDevelop engaging content that showcases our brand, products, and customer storiesManage the daily posting calendar, including planning, scheduling, and publishingCreate short-form videos, reels, and lifestyle content that aligns with current trendsMonitor performance analytics and optimize content for growth and engagementCollaborate with internal teams to produce high-quality assetsEngage with our community by responding to comments, DMs, tags, and brand mentionsStay ahead of trends, platform updates, and competitor activitySupport social content around new product launches and major campaignsMaintain a consistent brand voice across all communicationWho You Are2–4 years of social media experience, ideally in e-commerce, lifestyle, or home/interior categoriesExceptional eye for design, layout, and storytellingStrong video editing and short-form content creation skillsNatural ability to identify trends and translate them into brand-fit contentExperience with analytics tools (Meta Insights, TikTok Analytics, etc.)Highly organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable managing multiple projectsPositive energy, initiative, and a passion for creativityBenefitsHealth insurance Life insurance 401k, with a 4% match  Paid vacation, holidays, and parental leaveEmployee discount on TOV productsSalary: Compensation for this role ranges from $58,000–$65,000, based on experience and skill set.
