We foster a high-performance culture that prioritizes integrity, innovation, and results.Position Overview The Vice President of Marketing serves as a key member of QC Capital’s executive leadership team and is responsible for developing and driving a market-facing strategy that elevates brand equity, strengthens investor and client engagement, and accelerates enterprise growth across the firm’s service portfolio. This leader will architect a fully integrated marketing ecosystem that positions QC Capital as a top-tier liquidity and investment solutions provider. A minimum of seven years of progressive experience in service-based marketing leadership is required.Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership & PlanningBuild and execute QC Capital’s enterprise marketing strategy with a focus on brand expansion, industry authority, and revenue enablement.Serve as the organizational thought leader on market trends, competitive dynamics, and investor sentiment, ensuring QC Capital’s brand and messaging maintain strong market resonance.Drive alignment between Marketing, Acquisitions, Capital Raising, Investor Relations, and Executive Leadership to ensure cohesive go-to-market execution.Brand & Market PositioningArchitect a brand platform that amplifies QC Capital’s value proposition within the investment, capital, and service-driven financial sectors.Oversee digital presence, content strategy, and thought leadership initiatives that enhance market credibility and increase investor pipeline visibility.Maintain quality control on all marketing communications to ensure consistent representation of QC Capital across all channels.Demand Generation & Revenue AlignmentDevelop omnichannel demand-generation programs that support investor acquisition, nurture engagement, and reinforce client retention strategies.Optimize lead-generation funnels in partnership with the Acquisitions and Investor Relations teams, leveraging advanced analytics to measure impact and conversion.Implement KPI frameworks, forecasting models, and reporting dashboards to inform leadership-level decision-making and budget optimization.Customer Engagement & Experience ManagementChampion a customer-centric marketing strategy that enhances service delivery visibility, retention outcomes, and brand loyalty.Implement segmentation, personalization, and content strategies that support differentiated customer journeys.Team & Organizational LeadershipBuild, mentor, and scale a high-performance marketing team with clear operational workflows, accountability structures, and talent development plans.Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment on messaging, market strategy, and service deployment initiatives.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related discipline; MBA strongly preferred.Minimum of 7 years of progressive leadership experience in service-based marketing, preferably within financial services, private equity, or real estate investment environments.Proven success in developing and executing strategies that elevate brand authority and drive measurable impact within a service-driven organization.Demonstrated leadership in digital marketing, content strategy, brand management, and demand generation.Strong financial acumen and ability to translate market intelligence into executive-level recommendations.Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and change leadership capabilities.Core CompetenciesExecutive-Level Strategic PlanningBrand Architecture & Market PositioningInvestor-Focused Marketing StrategyData Analytics & ROI MeasurementCross-Functional CollaborationThought Leadership DevelopmentRevenue-Enablement AlignmentTeam Building & LeadershipQC Capital is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
