Training SpecialistLocation: Riviera Beach (5 days in office)We are seeking a Training Specialist to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of employee learning programs. This role manages training logistics, maintains records, facilitates new hire orientation, and helps deliver management, technical, and soft skills training. The position also serves as LMS administrator (Cornerstone preferred) and works closely with HR and subject matter experts to design, update, and evaluate training initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate scheduling, logistics, and materials for training sessions.Maintain training records, reports, and compliance documentation.Administer the Learning Management System (course setup, enrollment, reporting, support).Facilitate new hire orientation and other training programs.Collaborate on developing and updating training materials.Partner with vendors and support audits or reviews.QualificationsBachelor’s in Education, Organizational Development, Instructional Design, or related field.3+ years of corporate training experience.Strong organizational, facilitation, and communication skills.LMS experience (Cornerstone a plus).Ability to travel up to 25%.
