We are looking for an organized and proactive Social Media Coordinator to oversee the execution of our social media strategy and manage our influencer partnerships.Position Overview:As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for managing the content calendar, scheduling posts, and ensuring that all content goes live across platforms in line with The Bare Bar’s strategy. You’ll also manage community engagement, respond to inquiries, and coordinate influencer outreach and partnerships. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and an understanding of social media best practices.Key Responsibilities:Content Calendar Management:Oversee the social media content calendar, ensuring all content aligns with the brand’s strategy and timeline.Schedule posts and stories across platforms such as Instagram and Facebook, ensuring content goes live as planned.Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to ensure all assets are ready for publishing according to the calendar.Social Media Posting:Take content live across social media platforms, ensuring accurate and timely execution.Ensure that all posts adhere to platform-specific requirements and brand guidelines.Community Engagement:Actively respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media platforms in a timely and engaging manner.Engage with followers and maintain a positive, approachable brand tone in all interactions.Repost user-generated content (UGC) and respond to customer feedback to foster a strong online community.Influencer Outreach & Partnerships:Coordinate influencer outreach and manage product gifting, collaborations, and campaigns.Track influencer posts and ensure they align with campaign objectives.Maintain relationships with influencers and partners, ensuring smooth communication and delivery of agreed content.Social Media Performance:Monitor and track key social media metrics (e.g., engagement, growth) using analytics tools.Provide regular reports on social media performance and suggest improvements to enhance engagement and reach.Requirements:Experience: 2-3 years of experience in social media management or coordination, preferably in the beauty, wellness, or lifestyle sectors.Platform Knowledge: Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and other social platforms, including scheduling toolsOrganizational Skills: Ability to manage a social media calendar and coordinate multiple posts and campaigns effectively.Community Engagement: Experience managing online communities and responding to inquiries on social media.Influencer Management: Experience with influencer outreach, managing partnerships, and tracking performance.
