About The OpportunityA fast-growing player in the Digital Marketing and Remote Talent Enablement sector, we deliver data-driven social campaigns and creative content that drive brand growth, lead generation, and audience engagement across B2B and B2C markets. We operate as a remote-first team serving global clients with measurable performance outcomes and rapid experimentation.We are hiring a Social Media Manager (Remote — India) to own end-to-end social strategy, execution, and optimization across organic and paid channels. This role suits a hands-on marketer who combines creative instincts with analytical rigor to scale reach, engagement, and conversions.Role & ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute platform-level social strategies (Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, YouTube) that align with business KPIs and campaign objectives.Plan and maintain the content calendar: brief creators, write platform-optimized copy, and supervise production of short-form video and static assets.Set up, manage, and optimize paid social campaigns (audience targeting, creative testing, bidding, budget allocation) to maximize ROAS and lower CPA.Track performance using GA4 and native platform analytics; produce weekly and monthly insights reports with clear recommendations and action plans.Lead community management and social listening: respond to audience, escalate issues, and translate feedback into product/creative improvements.Coordinate with designers, content creators, and external partners (influencers, agencies) to scale content production and run A/B tests for continuous improvement.Skills & QualificationsMust-Have3+ years managing social media for brands or agencies with demonstrable campaign results.Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and running full-funnel paid social campaigns.Proficiency with Google Analytics 4 and platform analytics to measure funnel performance and attribution.Proven ability to plan and manage content calendars and production workflows for multi-platform delivery.Experience producing and optimizing short-form video (Reels, Shorts, TikTok) for engagement and conversion.Familiarity with social listening tools and community management best practices.PreferredHands-on experience with TikTok Ads and creative testing for short-form content.Experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager for B2B lead generation.Exposure to influencer marketing platforms and managing creator partnerships.Benefits & Culture HighlightsFully remote role with India-based hiring — flexible hours and asynchronous collaboration.Ownership of social strategy and creative experimentation with rapid learning cycles.Collaborative, growth-oriented team with opportunities for career progression and skill development.About the employer: Globelance is a remote-first company connecting talent and clients worldwide.
