With a growing online and in-store presence, we’re redefining how Africans experience fragrance — through storytelling, personalization, and unforgettable scent journeys.We’re seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to elevate our brand presence, boost engagement, and drive online sales across platforms.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute monthly social media strategies aligned with marketing campaigns (Instagram, TikTok, Threads, etc.)Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (videos, carousels, reels, and stories) that reflect the brand’s luxurious yet relatable voice.Collaborate with the marketing and digital team to coordinate influencer campaigns, product launches, and seasonal promotions.Monitor trends and produce timely, creative content that connects with perfume lovers and lifestyle audiences.Manage community interactions — respond to DMs and comments in brand tone.Track and analyze social performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve reach and conversion.Coordinate with the automation team (ManyChat/WhatsApp) to ensure seamless engagement flow.Requirements2+ years of proven experience in social media management and email marketing (preferably for a lifestyle, beauty, or luxury brand).Strong creative eye for visuals, captions, and storytelling.Proficient in Canva, CapCut, or similar tools.Understanding of social media analytics, ad strategy, and content scheduling tools (e.g., Meta Suite, Later, Planoly).Excellent communication and copywriting skills.Organized, proactive, and able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Bonus SkillsExperience with influencer coordination or paid ad management.Familiarity with perfume or beauty industry trends.Basic understanding of ManyChat or WhatsApp marketing.What We OfferCompetitive pay based on experience.Opportunity to work with a growing luxury brand.Creative freedom and collaborative environment.Performance-based incentives and growth opportunities.To Apply:Send your CV, portfolio (or Instagram handles you manage), and a short note on why you’d love to work with Aroma Exclusive to olayinka@aromaexclusive.com with the subject Social Media Manager – Aroma Exclusive.
