Join us and help elevate businesses with complete control and comprehensive support, let's shape the future of work together!Profile Requirements:Minimum 2+ years’ experience in social media management, marketing coordination, or digital marketing.Demonstrated experience managing TikTok and Instagram Reels content, with strong understanding of trends and engagement strategies.Strong grasp of branding, visual storytelling, and audience growth strategies for creative industries.Proficient in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (preferred), Meta Business Suite, TikTok for Business, and scheduling tools (Later, Buffer, Planoly, or similar).Familiarity with AI-driven marketing or automation tools (ChatGPT, Zapier, etc.).Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong sense of tone, brand, and design.Highly organised, adaptable, and capable of balancing creative and administrative tasks.Core responsibilities:Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and TikTok.Create visually engaging and on-brand content — including posts, reels, TikToks, and stories — that reflect Onham Group’s creative and design aesthetic.Manage the social media content calendar to ensure consistent posting, campaign planning, and brand storytelling.Produce and edit short-form video content optimised for Reels and TikTok, highlighting design projects, behind-the-scenes moments, and exhibitions.Engage actively with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build a growing online community.Track and analyse performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions), preparing monthly performance reports and recommendations.Collaborate with photographers, designers, and partners to capture content from events and installations.Implement AI and automation tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Canva Magic Studio, Zapier, or Meta AI) to enhance efficiency, streamline posting and optimise content generation.Manage and execute email marketing campaigns (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar), ensuring strong creative direction and effective calls-to-action.Manage email inboxes, client communications, and scheduling with professionalism and efficiency.Prepare and send client quotes, proposals, and invoices, following up where required.Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely coordination of products, deliveries, or installations.Maintain organised digital filing systems and assist with administrative documentation.Benefits: Competitive salary Opportunity to shape the HR function of a rapidly growing BPO.
