COSMOPRO recently expanded its operations with a new factory covering 22,000 sq ft., situated in the industrial sector of Islamabad, Pakistan. Our forward-looking approach supports our growth and continued success in the market.We are launching a premium skincare product range and are looking for a dynamic, creative, and experienced Social Media Marketing & Sales Officer to join our team. If you are passionate about skincare and have a proven track record in social media marketing, online sales, and brand promotion, we’d love to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and sales.Create, curate, and manage engaging content across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools; optimize strategies for best results.Manage and optimize online sales channels (e-commerce platforms and company website).Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute digital marketing campaigns.Handle outdoor marketing activities, including attending expos, brand meetings, collaborations, and seminars to promote the brand and build strong business relationships.Stay up-to-date with skincare trends, digital marketing tools, and competitor activities.Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Minimum 2 year of experience in social media marketing and online sales (preferably in the beauty or skincare industry).Strong knowledge of social media platforms, paid advertising, and content best practices.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools.Experience managing e-commerce platforms and executing sales-driven strategies.Creative thinker with a passion for skincare and digital marketing.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.What We Offer:Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunity to be part of a new and exciting product launch.Collaborative and supportive work environment.Opportunities for professional growth and development.
