This role involves content creation, influencer collaboration, campaign management, and data-driven analysis. The ideal candidate is creative, strategic, and deeply familiar with evolving social media trends and digital marketing practices.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement effective social media and influencer marketing strategiesCreate engaging and on-brand content for various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)Manage day-to-day social media activities, including posting, scheduling, monitoring, and responding to engagementsPlan, launch, and manage paid digital campaigns across social platformAnalyze performance metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and optimize strategies accordinglyCollaborate with internal teams to align content and messaging with broader marketing and brand goalsIdentify and liaise with influencers for brand partnerships and campaignsStay updated on social media trends, tools, algorithm changes, and best practicesPrepare regular reports that provide insights, recommendations, and campaign resultsQualifications:At least 1-2 years experience in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content CreationDigital Marketing and Marketing skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsKnowledge of analytics and data interpretationExperience with social media analytics tools and digital marketing softwareAbility to collaborate with cross-functional teamsStrong organizational and time management skillsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or related fieldPrevious experience in social media management, digital marketing, and content creation will be beneficial for this role.Industry: Public Relations & Marketing CommunicationsEmployment: Full-time; Hybrid
