该职位来源于猎聘 【Open to foreign nationals】 【This position is open to interns 】 【No prior experience is required】 Responsibilities: 1、Manage and operate the brand's social media accounts, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Discord. Plan platform-specific content, and be responsible for copywriting, review, publishing, and daily maintenance. 2、Increase follower growth, engagement rates and brand exposure ; enhance overall account content performance and operational health. 3、Plan and execute social media campaigns (e.g., brand campaigns, regional hot topics, seasonal promotions, user co-creation initiatives) to boost visibility and participation. 4、Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate the production of visual content, including short videos, posters, graphics, and promotional kits. 5、Utilize native social media tools and third-party analytics platforms proficiently; optimize content based on data insights to enable continuous iteration of the content strategy. 6、Understand the advertising mechanics of major social media platforms; analyze and optimize ad creative and performance to improve conversion efficiency. Qualifications: 1、Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Marketing, Digital Media, Advertising, Communications, English, or a related field. 2、Familiarity with the mechanisms, trends, and content moderation policies of platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Discord. 3、Strong content creation and topic planning skills, with a keen brand sense, visual aesthetic, copywriting ability, and content structuring expertise. 4、Understanding of end-to-end social media campaign execution processes. 岗位职责: 1. 运营品牌社媒账号,包括但不限于 Facebook、Instagram、Tiktok、Youtube、Discord平台,策划平台专属内容,完成内容撰写、审核、发布及日常维护; 2. 提升粉丝量、互动率与品牌曝光度,提升账号的内容表现与运营健康度; 3. 策划社媒活动(如品牌Campaign、区域热点、节点促销、用户共创等),提升曝光与参与度; 4. 协调内部团队资源,推动内容可视化落地(含短视频、海报、图文、宣传包等); 5. 熟练使用社媒平台自带工具及第三方数据工具,根据数据反馈优化内容,实现内容策略不断迭代; 6. 熟悉社媒平台广告投放逻辑,对广告创意内容、投放效果进行分析与优化,提升转化效率; 任职要求: 1. 本科及以上学历,市场营销、数字媒体、广告、传播、英语等相关专业优先。 2. 了解Facebook、Instagram、Tiktok、Youtube、Discord等平台机制、玩法及内容审核规范; 3. 具备内容创作与选题策划能力,具备品牌意识、视觉审美、文案优化与内容结构梳理能力; 4. 了解社媒活动执行流程;
