Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute B2B social media strategies aligned with client goals and marketing objectives.Manage daily operations across multiple social channels — content planning, publishing, and community engagement.Create and curate high-quality, industry-relevant content that resonates with target audiences and strengthens brand positioning.Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics (engagement, reach, CTR, conversion), and deliver actionable insights.Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to ensure consistent brand voice and message alignment.Stay ahead of social media trends, algorithms, and emerging B2B tools to maximize engagement and ROI.Manage paid campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Meta for Business) with a focus on lead generation and audience segmentation.Report monthly analytics, KPIs, and recommendations to internal stakeholders or client partners.Job Requirements :Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.2–3 years of proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role, preferably in B2B organizations or agencies.Solid understanding of LinkedIn Marketing, Meta Business Suite, and Google Analytics.Strong copywriting and content creation skills tailored to a professional, corporate tone.Demonstrated ability to analyze data and translate insights into strategy.Experience managing paid social campaigns and performance dashboards.Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, HubSpot, or Sprout Social).Excellent communication, multitasking, and stakeholder management skills.Creative, proactive, and metrics-driven mindset with attention to detail.Experience in B2B service-based industries (e.g., consulting, recruitment, or SaaS).Basic understanding of SEO, email marketing, and marketing automation tools.Familiarity with CRM systems and integrated marketing funnels.
