Social Performance Professional

Our multi-disciplinary team of experts is dedicated to helping organisations navigate complex sustainability, government and stakeholder challenges, and build deep connections with their communities. We do this by offering strategic and technical expertise as well as hands-on implementation and support.A significant part of our work supports the realisation of large-scale projects, including ports, mines, housing developments, and a range of renewable energy projects across Australia.We are looking for a qualified and passionate social performance professional to join our high-performing team.Reporting to our General Manager, Sustainability & ESG, you will deliver social performance research, reporting, strategy and execution services for our clients. This includes producing Social Impact Assessments, Social Performance Frameworks, Social Impact Management Plans, and Social Investment Strategies and Plans. You will also work closely with other members of the business to design and implement meaningful community and stakeholder engagement in delivering these social performance services.To be successful in this role you will need:Tertiary qualification in a related field.3-5 years’ experience working in social impact or social performance.An understanding of WA’s social, environmental and heritage approvals framework.Experience conducting Social Impact Assessments to leading practice standards.Strong technical writing skills and research abilities.Good communication skills, both written and spoken.
