You’ll transform long-form interviews and founder stories into punchy, platform-native edits that stop thumbs, spark curiosity, and drive engagement across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn.OutcomesSocial storytelling mastery: Create scroll-stopping clips, teasers, and reels that convey powerful insights within seconds and drive conversation online.Performance-driven editing: Leverage analytics to guide editing choices that maximize watch time, shareability, and overall reach.Brand consistency: Ensure every edit feels aligned with the Inside the Silicon Mind aesthetic and Harrison Clarke’s distinctive tone of thought leadership and innovation.Creative agility: Work swiftly to deliver a consistent flow of content from ongoing podcast episodes and upcoming events.Platform fluency: Develop edits that are tailor-made for each channel - from TikTok virality to LinkedIn engagement and YouTube Shorts discovery.Day to DayEdit captivating short-form video clips from long-form podcast recordings and founder interviews.Collaborate with the production and marketing teams to identify key moments worth amplifying.Add subtitles, captions, and creative motion graphics that reinforce storytelling and boost engagement.Continuously refine content based on audience insights and platform analytics.Experiment with new styles, trends, and storytelling formats to keep the content fresh and forward-thinking.Maintain a fast-paced workflow while ensuring each edit aligns with brand quality and emotion.Other InformationLocationCanary Wharf, London - We’re a highly collaborative team and have an in-person-first culture, you’ll work closely with our founder and creative team across time zones to ensure smooth production flow. This round is designed for you to get an insight into the day to day responsibilities of the role and we get the opportunity to understand how you work and your creative approach.Final Interview: A conversation with Firas Sozan (Founder and Podcast Host) to explore creative direction and long-term fit.
