We now offer an opportunity to be part of the Credit Journey Tribe within Danske Bank, where our mission is to enable customers to realise their dreams and ambitions with trusted and frictionless credit decisions in any channel and journey.Welcome to our Tribe!You will become part of our Tribe, where your role will be to realize Danske Banks target architecture for the Credit Journey area. You will work together with multiple cross-functional squads and be part of our chapter skilled Software Architects, defining practices and target architecture architecture across all our 25 squads in our tribe.We are on a journey to create a unified and frictionless credit process that can hook into all our channels. We have a data-driven approach for creating near-instant, automated credit decisions, that work seamlessly with our advisory solutions. We provide and develop capabilities that Danske Bank use for assessing all loan applications, whether it be simple personal customers applying for a Mastercard to cross-country, big enterprises applying for complex loans and credit facilities. We need you to assist on this journey!"We believe that the most valuable asset is human potential."You will:You will be responsible for setting the architectural direction of one of the Nordics largest banks and one of Denmark’s biggest IT companies, where you will drive the application architecture. Your responsibilities include (but are not limited to):Be a hands-on architect by actively designing application architecture and leading development efforts to ensure alignment with strategic roadmapsShow the way to your colleagues by implementing and sharing best practices directly in the codebaseImprove solution design of legacy system portfolios, solve challenging problems, leverage between solution options and provide future proof modern solution guidance to team membersUnderstand the business domain, and design solutions to meet short- and long-term business needs and requirements, and bridge the communication between business domain and technical domainCollaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Software Engineers & Software Architects in the tribeHelp to continuously adapt and improve the way we work in the squad and initiatives you are part ofAbout you:As a Software Architect, you will help to discern the needs of our customers, development teams, and our business. Clear and convincing communication skills, and the ability to facilitate and inspire engagement among your colleagues, are vital for this process. We are looking for proven architectural knowledge, where you have experience driving technology change.
