You will be passionate about building and scaling core systems to improve patient care across the U.S. and thrive in a high-velocity startup environment.🧩 What You'll Be Doing:Design and build systems end-to-end, touching everything from data pipelines to user interfacesWork closely with Product to translate business requirements into technical solutions.Deliver high-quality features quickly through strong execution, collaboration, and adaptabilityContribute to a fast-moving, highly collaborative environment where your ideas directly impact how care is delivered[If Senior] Mentor and level up our junior engineering team through code reviews, architectural guidance, and knowledgeYou will have: Worked in the early to growth stages of a high-velocity startupExpertise in Python, TypeScript, and AWS infrastructureBackground in the healthcare or life sciences industry desired👤 What We're Looking For:6+ years of experience in backend software engineering, with focus on Python, TypeScript, and AWSDriven initiatives to tricky problems at a startup. Scaled a company from Series A to Series C or later. Expertise in Python, TypeScript, and AWS infrastructure. Familiarity with ML and NLP concepts. Strong communication and cross- functional collaboration skills.
