Software Curriculum Developer

Job descriptionWe’re looking for a creative and tech-savvy Software Curriculum Developer to join our Training & Development team in Alexandria. You’ll design engaging, project-based learning content in Coding, Web & Mobile Development, AI, and Software Engineering for learners aged 6–17.What You’ll Do:Design and develop software development curricula (Python, Web, Mobile, AI).Create lesson plans, projects, assessments, and instructor guides tailored for young learners.Apply instructional design models (ADDIE, Bloom’s Taxonomy, SAM).Integrate gamification and project-based learning strategies to boost engagement.Collaborate with instructors and QA teams to refine and enhance learning experiences.What We’re Looking For:Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Education, or Instructional Design.3–5 years of experience designing STEM or software education content.Strong technical background in Python, JavaScript, web & mobile frameworks, and AI fundamentals.Excellent English communication and presentation skills.Passion for youth education, creativity, and innovation in learning.Nice to Have:Experience with LMS platforms or e-learning tools (Moodle, Articulate, Genially, etc.).Familiarity with STEM/STEAM education frameworks.Background in gamified or interactive curriculum design.Why Join Us: Be part of a dynamic team shaping the future of tech education in Egypt. You’ll help inspire the next generation of young developers, innovators, and problem-solvers.
