Software Delivery Lead

Positioned as a one-stop shop for digital agriculture solutions, Doktar embraces emerging technologies such as remote sensing, internet of things, machine learning, and artificial intelligence.As the owner of the end-to-end execution of software delivery, you’ll lead sprints, manage priorities, resolve blockers, enforce readiness and quality, and ensure predictable, high-quality releases every cycle while acting as the bridge between Product and Engineering, working alongside Team Leads and Product Managers to keep execution focused, measurable, and aligned with business goals. You’ll also own metrics, flow, and reporting, ensuring visibility, cadence, and clarity for the team and leadership. You’ll have the chance to drive delivery excellence across multiple product lines, refine your process mastery, and build the skills and experience to operate as a strategic delivery leader capable of scaling teams and processes across a growing organization.#ResponsibilitiesOwn the end-to-end software delivery process across all products – plan and run sprints, manage priorities, track progress, and ensure predictable, high-quality releases.Act as the bridge between Product and Engineering, aligning Product Managers and Team Leads (Backend, Frontend, Mobile, QA, Platform) to keep execution focused, measurable, and aligned with company goals.Translate product priorities into clear sprint goals and actionable user stories, plan realistic sprint scopes based on team capacity and FTE availability, and prevent scope creep or distractions once sprints begin.Ensure sprint readiness and execution discipline – enforce clear scope, estimation, and Definition of Ready/Done while maintaining full visibility through Jira or equivalent tools.Monitor and maintain delivery flow, proactively removing blockers, managing dependencies, and addressing risks before they impact timelines.Track and report delivery metrics – measure velocity, throughput, and risks, providing transparent weekly and monthly updates to the CTO and leadership.Foster Agile excellence across teams – coach on best practices, facilitate retrospectives, and drive continuous process and collaboration improvements.Maintain delivery documentation, tools, and automation, ensuring workflows, dashboards, and reports support transparency and efficiency.Oversee team rhythm, capacity, and morale, scheduling recurring rituals, maintaining balance, and ensuring alignment with delivery goals and OKRs.Continuously optimize delivery performance by refining workflows, improving automation, and reinforcing accountability and flow across teams.#To be a good fit for the role, you should:Have a strong technical background and understand how engineers think, work, and make decisions.Bring solid Agile/Scrum experience as a Scrum Master, Delivery Lead, or Agile Coach.Be organized, assertive, and proactive — not just a facilitator, but a driver of progress and accountability.Communicate clearly across technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating priorities into actionable outcomes.Understand and apply delivery metrics to improve flow, performance, and predictability — not just to report results.Value clarity, discipline, and measurable progress, maintaining calm, structured execution even under changing priorities.#RequirementsMinimum 5+ years of experience in software delivery, Agile project management, or Scrum Master roles within multi-team environments.Proven ability to own delivery execution end-to-end, ensuring sprint readiness, execution discipline, and predictable releases.Solid understanding of software development lifecycles and how engineering teams operate day-to-day.Strong command of Agile frameworks and key delivery metrics (velocity, throughput, cycle time, burndown).Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey progress and risks clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.Demonstrated success coordinating remote or hybrid teams, maintaining alignment, rhythm, and delivery focus.#You will have stronger chances if you:Have served as both a Scrum Master and Technical Delivery Lead.Built automation or dashboards for delivery analytics using Jira or GitHub data.Understand software architecture and technical trade-offs well enough to facilitate meaningful discussions.Coordinated across multiple product streams – frontend, backend, mobile, QA, platform.Worked with Shape Up or Team Topologies models.Are passionate about efficiency, predictability, and calm, repeatable delivery.#What we offer:An interesting and highly responsible job in a young and interdisciplinary team;Participation in national & global-scale projects;State-of-the-art technical facilities (software and communication tools);Professional development opportunities;Remote or hybrid work opportunity;Performance-based yearly bonuses.Company shares options;Private health insurance covering family members under 22 years;Monthly lunch and transportation support.
