You will be part of an international engineering team, building new features, improving performance, and working with modern cloud-native technologies in a high-load environment, solving challenges of performance, scalability, and resilience while applying modern practices in microservices, containerization, and cloud environments.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and enhance core features of a global fintech platform using Go.Design, test, and maintain microservices that support high-load, distributed systems.Contribute to containerized applications (Docker/Kubernetes), ensuring scalability and performance.Work with databases and caching tools such as Redis and Aerospike to handle large-scale data efficiently.Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an international environment, taking part in code reviews and technical discussions.Take growing ownership of projects, building toward greater independence while learning from senior engineers.Requirements4-6+ years of overall of commercial SW development experience2+ years of hands-on with Golang as your main programming languageExperience working with microservices architectures and event-driven systems.Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).Exposure to one or more message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ, or NATS).Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and some knowledge of NoSQL solutions (e.g. MongoDB, Redis).Strong understanding of clean code principles, testing, and CI/CD workflows.Languages: English - fluentThe company offerscompetitive compensation package, tailored to your experience, the opportunity to work on the backbone of a global financial data platform that reaches tens of millions of users every month.
