If you’re passionate about developing your career, while helping others along the way, come join the Broadridge team.Role OverviewThe Certification Team is responsible for developing and maintaining a large-scale automated test framework that integrates virtual machines, networks, and code solutions to support end-to-end integration testing of 14+ applications.This environment acts as a comprehensive testing platform used to validate system functionality, performance, and stability.Technology StackOS & Virtualization: Windows Virtual MachinesProgramming: Python 3Database: MSSQLVersion Control: GitDeployment & Automation: Chef, OctopusWeb & APIs: RESTResponsibilitiesVirtual Infrastructure ManagementProvision and manage Windows virtual servers (create/remove VMs, work with images/clones).Configure firewalls, Active Directory, and virtual networks.Troubleshoot and resolve Windows-based system issues. Software Development (Python)Develop CLI utilities, web services, and automation tools in Python 3.Create REST API clients and contribute to the automated testing framework. Database AdministrationManage MSSQL Server including backups, restores, and basic administration.Write and execute SQL queries and stored procedures. CI/CD and AutomationSupport and maintain Chef scripts (Ruby-based) for VM configuration.Manage deployment workflows in Octopus, troubleshoot issues, and update processes. Test Automation & Framework DevelopmentDesign, implement, and maintain automated integration tests using Python & SQL.Extend and enhance the test automation framework.Document system components, processes, and test results.
