We are looking for a dedicated and passionate software developer to join one of our agile teams.As a software developer within the department Financial Services & Wholesale IT Products you will be mainly working on wholesale solutions and surrounding interfaces to other applications. If you have fun with software engineering and related principles and if you want to be part of a highly motivated team, we are looking forward to you joining us.Responsibilities:Development of Wholesale applications - like Mediation, Interconnect, Invoicing Webapps and Mobile Number Portability Gateway in an agile teamClose collaboration with stakeholders to ensure solution focused requirementsResolving critical production issues and bug fixingImprovement of our CI/CDOngoing optimization of the code base by doing code reviews, refactoring and implementation of automatic testsProgressing in our strategic roadmap (Cloud, Automation, AI)Contribution to the agile mindset of the company upholding our valuesQualification:In-depth knowledge of software engineering (analysis, design, development, and testing)Minimum 3 years experience with Java development, including object-oriented programming, data structures and algorithmsAPI management and web-services knowledge (eg. XML, JSON, SOAP, REST)Ability and willingness to learn to code in existing environmentsExcellent communication skills (English min. B2 – CEFR) and enjoying working in a teamBasic knowledge on Unix/Linux systems – RHL/OL preferredAdvanced proficiency in relational databases - Oracle preferredKnowledge of Telecommunication applications or Core networks is beneficialExperience in RIA technologies, eg.
