As an R&D team, making sure your ideas are heard and encouraged is what we strive to do!What You'll Do:Deliver features with needed quality & timelinesDesign features & solutions taking into account future usage & all other constraintsImprove solution qualityProvide estimations for features delivery with required accuracyParticipate in design and code reviewIntegrate with internal and external servicesMonitor efficiency and performanceSupport and develop multiple projects, depending on teamTroubleshoot various project errors & issuesWhen needed, write clear & cohesive technical specificationWrite automated tests to ensure high quality of workWho You Are:2+ Years of experienceAbility to work independently and dig into a problemAbility to work according to agreed deadlinesAbility to write clear, self-documented codeBasic data structures and algorithms, time-space complexityBasic Network understanding (HTTP - is a must)Decent Python 3 knowledge, core concepts and low-level implementationGood written communication skills in EnglishExperience in developing REST APIs (Django, DRF, preferably)Experience in devising feature design, producing quality documentation & decomposition with estimationExperience using continuous integration and automation processesExperience with relational databases (preferably PostgreSQL)Experience with Unix systemsKnowledge of design patterns & principles (OOP, SOLID)Passion for writing maintainable tests (unit, functional, end-to-end, mocks)We acknowledge that many candidates may not meet every single role requirement listed above.
