𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐓𝐢𝐭𝐥𝐞: 𝐒𝐨𝐟𝐭𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: 𝐋𝐚𝐡𝐨𝐫𝐞𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐓𝐢𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬: 𝟓:𝟑𝟎 𝐏𝐌 – 𝟐:𝟑𝟎 𝐀𝐌𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬- Lead, mentor, and manage development and IT teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.- Oversee end-to-end software development processes, from planning to deployment.- Align IT systems and software infrastructure with overall business objectives.- Architect, develop, and maintain applications using Python (backend) and Flutter (cross-platform mobile/web).- Integrate and optimize AI/ML models for predictive analytics and automation.- Implement coding standards, version control, and code review best practices.- Design, train, and deploy AI/ML models for data-driven insights.- Integrate AI features into web and mobile applications.- Stay up to date with emerging AI technologies and frameworks.- Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and ensure robust cybersecurity measures.- Oversee data privacy compliance, backups, and system uptime.- Monitor systems and ensure timely issue resolution.- Work closely with product managers, business teams, and clients to gather requirements.- Translate business needs into technical roadmaps and deliverables.𝐏𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 8+ years of proven experience as a Software Development Manager, with strong expertise in team management, AWS, DevOps, React.js, Python, Flutter, and AI/ML projects.- Strong understanding of software architecture, API development, and cloud environments.- Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI API, or similar frameworks.- Proficiency with databases (SQL & NoSQL) and CI/CD pipelines.- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies.- Ability to manage human, financial, and technical resources effectively.- Skilled in risk analysis and mitigation throughout the project lifecycle.- Strong understanding of the software development and delivery process.- Experience managing client expectations and ensuring project alignment.
