Automas Technologies is looking for Software EngineerJob Description / ResponsibilityJob ContextWe are looking for a passionate and skilled Software Engineer to join our technology team. The candidate will mainly work on building and customizing CRM systems, guided by a senior mentor. A solid understanding of core CRM development languages is required. The role also includes developing and maintaining our in-house software, such as accounting and billing systems, along with other internal tools.Job ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test, and deploy scalable software applications.Build, customize, and maintain CRM systems based on company needs.Develop and integrate APIs with third-party systems (CRM, SMS, Payment Gateway, etc.).Customize and manage VoIP solutions (Asterisk, FreePBX, Issabel, ViciDial, etc.).Implement Payment Gateway Setup and WHMCS for automated billing and reseller management.Develop and maintain in-house tools, including accounting and billing software.Ensure database design, optimization, and synchronization (MySQL, MariaDB).Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues efficiently.Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code following best practices.Use Git for version control and release management.Contribute to system architecture and design discussions.Maintain system security, backups, and disaster recovery solutions.Research and apply new technologies to improve performance and scalability.Educational RequirementsBachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & EngineeringMaster of Science (MSc) in Computer Science & EngineeringBachelor of Science (BSc)Skills Required: Software Implementation, Web Developer/ Web Designer, VOIP Solutions, Telecommunication Products & Services, Software Testing, Software Development, System Integration, Payment Gateway, CRM SoftwareExperience RequirementsAt least 1 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Telecommunication,IT Enabled Service,Technical InfrastructureFreshers are also encouraged to apply.Additional RequirementsAt least a year of experience in Full Stack DevelopmentFrontend: HTML, CSS, JavaScript (React/Vue)Backend: PHP (Laravel), Node.js, Python (Django/Flask)Database: MySQL / PostgreSQL/MariaDBStrong knowledge of CRM Development & CustomizationPayment & Billing: Payment Gateway integration (SSLCommerz, bKash, Nagad, Upay) & WHMCS setupServer & Deployment: Linux/Cloud/VPS, GitSecurity & Performance: Secure coding & performance optimizationVoIP & Telecom: SIP, RTP, Asterisk, FreePBX integrationPreferred: Experience working in IPTSP/Telecom companies and SaaS platformsJob LocationDhaka (Japan Garden City, Mohammadpur Housing)SalaryTk. 25000 - 35000 (Monthly)
