About Our GroupHGA Test Engineering is responsible for electrical and mechanical performance of Slider and TGA (write/read functional) to ensure that customers get high-quality and functional products. We are also determining the exact procedure for troubleshooting errors and communicating recommendations for improvement to the rest of the product development team. We are working together with software, electrical and mechanical engineering.About The Role - You WillEnsuring all tests and procedures meet standard requirementsResponsible for understanding and interpreting test requirements, analyzing test results and data, making determinations of pass/fail criteria, and communicating results to identify problems with products or manufacturing processes and propose solutionsDevelop BI reports, dashboards, and interactive analytics in Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent tools to improve and monitor product performance day-to-day gapsSoftware System Analysis & Design and development on Full Stack Web Apps and Desktop AppsDevelop, implement, and optimize machine control algorithms, automation logic, and system architectureWork closely with Product Engineer, Process Engineer, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineer, and Design Center by using engineering knowledge and multiple skills in data analysis, problem-solving, and solution to overcome day to day issue and develop long term solution to permanent fix issueAbout YouBachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Control Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Robotics and AI Engineering or related field. New grads are welcomeAble to use statistical control software i.e. JMP, Basic Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint and Programming languagesExperience in developing programs with C and MySQLHave knowledge and understanding of System Architecture including various frameworksHands-on experience with AI agentic models, machine learning, and predictive analytics (e.g., Python ML libraries, Azure AI, or similar frameworks)Knowledge of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) platforms (e.g., UiPath, Power Automate) for workflow optimizationAble to thrive in a fast-paced environment and working with multiple priorities, high pressureStrong team player, collaborative approach and resourcefulFluent in English communication, both spoken and writtenYour Experience IncludesExperience in manufacturing environments preferredExperience or understanding of element analysisLocation:Location: Teparuk, ThailandHome to over 4,000 employees, our Teparuk site specializes in producing nano-recording heads—a crucial components for the read/write functionality of hard disk drives.
