These services play a foundational role in accelerating the velocity of the engineering teams.What You'll Do At UiPathDesign, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable codeEnsure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applicationsIdentify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issuesCollaborate with teams across UiPath to design and engineer areas of our product and servicesHelp establish effective and agile engineering practices.Identify bottlenecks and bugs, devise solutions to mitigate and address these issuesHelp maintain code quality, organization, and automationWhat You'll Bring To The Team4+ years of experience in a software engineering role, using one or more high level programming languages (C#, Java, etc.)Proficient in at least one programming language and its ecosystemExperience working with Cloud Systems (Azure preferred, AWS, GCP)Strong grasp of object-oriented programming and architectural design patternsVery good grasp of multithreading, synchronization, TPL, asynchronous programmingDeep understanding of data structures (list, vector, stack, heap), algorithms (sort, search, etc.), and associated time/memory complexityBroad understanding of their role and function within the overall business strategy, helping drive decision making on projectsExperience working with globally distributed teams, planning feature development, designing system components, and building engineering roadmapNice to haveHands-on experience with C# or related frameworks is a plusMaybe you don’t tick all the boxes above—but still think you’d be great for the job?
