In this role, you'll architect and deploy technical solutions that enable the firm to enter new markets, trade instruments, and execute innovative strategies. You'll operate with a startup mentality backed by institutional resources.Responsibilities:Partner directly with trading desks to design and implement software for new product lines and market entry initiatives.Build automated trading algorithms and execution systems from the ground up.Develop pricing engines and infrastructure to support previously untraded asset classes.Architect integrations with new exchanges, venues, and market microstructures.Navigate trade-offs between delivery timelines, technical sophistication, and maintainability.Collaborate across disciplines - traders, quantitative analysts, operations teams—to solve complex technical challenges.Drive global technical projects while maintaining agility and entrepreneurial focus.Experience:Solid foundation in computer science principles with strong engineering judgment.Proficiency across multiple languages including C#, C++, C, and Python, with a track record of shipping robust, performant code.Ability to distill clarity from ambiguous, multifaceted problems.Commitment to continuous refinement, test-oriented development, and pragmatic innovation.Capable of working independently and cross-functionally to deliver on strategic business goals.Background connecting in-house systems to external trading platforms and managing full trade lifecycles.Over-the-counter (OTC) trading system experience strongly preferred.Genuine curiosity about derivatives markets; prior exposure to market-making or alternative investment environments is advantageous.Compensation:Salary, performance-linked bonus structure, and comprehensive benefits package are extremely competitive.
