The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the development of AI-powered solutions within our product portfolio. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI integration, enhance existing products with advanced AI capabilities, and contribute to the creation of new, innovative solutions tailored for the hospitality industry.Key ResponsibilitiesAI Integration: Identify opportunities to integrate AI technologies into existing products and services to enhance functionality and user experience. Product Development & Product Management: Collaborate with product managers, software engineers, and other stakeholders to design, develop, and deploy AI-driven features and solutions. Data Analysis: Leverage data analytics and machine learning techniques to extract insights from large datasets, improving product performance and decision-making processes. Model Development: Develop, test, and deploy machine learning models and algorithms that solve complex problems specific to the hospitality industry. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies, and recommend innovative solutions to keep our products at the forefront of the industry. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain thorough documentation of AI models, algorithms, and development processes. Report findings and progress to senior management and other stakeholders. Research and Innovation: Conduct research on the latest AI trends, including large language models (LLMs), transformer architectures, and frameworks like Hugging Face. Explore and implement cutting-edge models to enhance product capabilities. Basic QualificationsBachelor’s degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field. Proven experience as an AI Developer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful AI projects. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java/.Net Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries. Experience with Hugging Face and other modern AI/ML frameworks and tools.
