Job DescriptionThis role is responsible for the resolution of technical issues escalated from L1 and L2. This role will document, investigate, provide solution and develop the approved fix in the code level ensuring deployment in a timely problem resolution.1. Must be able to collaborate with L2 support in the production issues from solutioning to closure. 2. Must be able to understand the given requirement by the business and ensure that the defined acceptance criteria of the business are met. 3. Will be able to provide code level solution for tickets simultaneiosly depending on his /her bandwidth. 4. Must be able to assist the Tech Leads, Incident Manager and L2 support in the RCA creation. 5. Must be able to provide documentation on the code change of fixes. 6. Must be able to coordinate to COE's for the source code review and MOP review.
