Software Engineer / Project Manager

As a Software Engineer / Project Manager at XQTING, you will be responsible for both technical development and the successful management of projects. You play a key role in translating customer requirements into concrete solutions and monitor the entire process, from planning to delivery.Tasks and responsibilitiesDevelop, implement and test high-quality software solutions.Leading technical teams in the execution of software projects.Monitor project schedules, budgets and quality.Ensure clear communication between stakeholders, including customers and internal teams.Identify risks and ensure timely escalation if required.Advise on technical architectures and project strategy.ProfileYou have at least six years of experience as a software developer and have successfully managed several projects.You have a strong knowledge of at least one of the backend programming languages (preferrable C#).
